First gluten free blog post

I thought I would start a blog where I can post gluten free information and recipes. As someone with Coeliac Disease myself I often find it helps for people to share information with each other. I will post receipes, tips on gluten free cooking and baking, as well as places I have eatern good gluten free food, as well as other information I find along the way.
