Chocolate Rum Truffles

Makes 18+ Balls
Ingredients
300g chocolate (Cadbury chocolate melts would work well) - I did half milk, half dark chocolate
150g Unsalted butter
1 Tablespoon Rum
1/4 Cup sour cream(60ml)
60g grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles or mix in some coloured sprinkles to make them pretty. You can buy Hopper Gluten Free Sprinkles from Happy Tummies
1. Break up chocolate if using from a block. Place butter, chocolate, and rum into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high (This depends on your microwave). Stir halfway though to ensure chocolate melts.

2.Fold Sour cream through the mixture and then pour into a shallow dish. I used the fold setting on my really old hand held beater. It looked like this...

3. Put into the fridge for an hour to chill
4. Working quickly, spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture onto chocolate sprinkles and roll into a ball, or do what I did and use one of those tupperware melon ballers you always seem to get for free.
5. Coat with extra sprinkes.
6. Once rolled put back in fridge to set.
