Gluten Free Cupcake class

Class will run for 2 -2.5 hours.

Eveyone takes home a set of 6 decorated cupcakes(see picture) and a handout with recipes, hints and tips.

I will be teaching my famous chocolate mud cupcake recipe, how to make icing, Rolling patterns into fondant, and basic shape and flower making (includes rolled roses). Please note the white roses in the photo are not hand made and I will not be teaching this in this class), and how to assemble your cupcakes.

Price is $50 per person.

This is a come and try class - I will bake enough cupcakes for everyone to decorate 6. I will bake a batch for you to see, and also make icicng. The hands on part for you will be piping the icicng onto the cupcakes and making the decorations. I will have other colours available if red, black and white isn't your thing.
