Cider Testing

I have always liked cider, even before I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. I have never really enjoyed beer and on the rare occasion I would drink one my stomach would bloat up so much that I looked like I was 8 months pregnant. In hind sight that was due to the undiagnosed Coeliac Disease. Even when I was a uni student I would drink things like Two Dogs, or cider (but Strongbow was the only choice back then).

I moved to London in 2006, on my own, I flew from Perth to London via Dubai and I had hardly slept. I remember dragging my rediculously heavy suitcase up the stairs at tube station and getting lost for what seemed like forever trying to find my hotel. Anyway, my first night in London I ate at the hotel restaurant, I ordered fish and chips and a pint of cider. Yep, they actually sold cider on tap in the UK, this was new to me, and I had never ordered a whole pint of anything in my life.

This post is still under construction.

Some different ciders I found while out shopping today
